​Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Fráguas Yachts.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service.

  • Final payment (if not already made) is due prior to the start of the tour.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made by the customer up to 72 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the tour may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

  • In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, Fráguas Yachts reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. A full refund will be offered if no alternative date is available.

3. Safety & Conduct

  • All participants must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for their own safety.

  • Fráguas Yachts reserves the right to refuse service or end a trip early if passengers behave in a way that risks safety or disrupts others.

  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

  • Fráguas Yachts is fully insured under Portuguese maritime law.

  • While all safety measures are in place, participation in water activities is at your own risk.

  • Fráguas Yachts is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.

5. Children & Minors

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Life jackets for children are provided and must be worn when advised.

​6. Changes to Itinerary

  • The route and activities may change based on weather and sea conditions to ensure safety and the best experience.

  • Personalized itineraries are always subject to final approval by the skipper based on sea conditions.

​7. Image Use

  • By joining a tour, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken by the crew for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
